Service Description
Our strength and balance group fitness classes are designed as a slower paced class to improve strength, balance, co-ordination and posture for Women over 50. We focus on a variety of exercises, none of which will require you to go down to the floor or get on mats. Utilising machines, dumbbells, resistance bands, and your own body weight to achieve an improved quality of life and help you take control of your body and move pain free again. - Run by Female PT - Eve Moon - WOMEN ONLY! Class Access - Train to be STRONGER and improve your BALANCE!
