WHAT IS YOUR COMMITMENT PERIOD?
Our 1-on-1 personal training requires a minimum 16-week commitment. This timeframe ensures we have enough opportunity to build consistency, create lasting habits, and start seeing real, sustainable results.
We understand that life can change, so your training will remain flexible — we can adjust your sessions, training frequency, or program structure as needed to keep you progressing.
Communication is key. The more openly you share about your progress, challenges, or schedule, the better we can support you and make sure your training is always aligned with your goals.
WHAT ARE YOUR ONLINE COACHING OPTIONS?
Currently we are only offering our online coaching via our On Demand service.
At this stage we are not providing any personalised online coaching options.
We do also offer our E-Book training programs that have been designed by us personally with tried and tested programs.
Will my training be personalised?
Yes — your training will be 100% personalised to you. When you come on board with our 1-on-1 coaching, we take the time to understand your unique needs. This starts with a free face-to-face consultation here on the Sunshine Coast, where we’ll discuss your goals, training history, lifestyle, and any past or current injuries.
From there, we design a program tailored specifically to your abilities and situation. This is not a generic, one-size-fits-all plan — every session is created to help you train safely, progress effectively, and achieve your personal goals.
DO I REALLY GET ACCESS TO YOU IN MY ON DEMAND COACHING?
Yes, really! All of your training plans will be available through our exclusive coaching app, where you’ll also have direct access to us via the built-in messaging platform — no need for external apps.
or clients choosing our On Demand coaching option, everything is managed inside the coaching app for a seamless experience, with full access to us whenever you need guidance.
HOW DO I KNOW IF I AM BOOKING IN WITH HARLEY OR EVE?
If you have a preference and you are following the link to booking in a 1 on 1 session, we need you to leave an additional note regarding who your preference is for booking in.
Keep in mind that most morning bookings will only be available with Harley.
Harley is not available for any afternoon bookings.
Eve has some availability on Wednesday mornings. Any afternoon / evening sessions are booked in with Eve.
I AM VEGAN/VEGETARIAN DO YOU HAVE RECIPE PACKS THAT CATER FOR THIS?
We have Vegan Recipe Packs available in our collection however at this stage we will not be adding more recipe packs to them.
We offer Vegetarian, Vegan, Low Carb, High Protein Recipe Packs and more.
There is a large variety of options available when it comes to our recipe packs.
For those well versed in vegan options, it is very easy to utilise our Vegetarian Recipe Packs and make the few minor changes to cater for Vegan yourself.

Accountability and support are key to reaching your goals — and that’s exactly what our On Demand coaching provides. Through our coaching app, you’ll have direct access to us whenever you need guidance or encouragement.
When plateaus hit or life gets in the way (and it always does), it’s easy to lose motivation and give up if you’re doing it alone. With On Demand coaching, you’ll have us in your corner to keep you moving forward, overcoming obstacles, and achieving results faster than you would on your own.
