Service Description

This program is designed to deliver fast-paced, effective full-body workouts using just a single dumbbell or a single set of dumbbells. Each session is built to be completed in approximately 20–25 minutes, combining strength, conditioning, and muscular endurance through a variety of compound movements and minimal rest periods. Unlike our standard classes, this program introduces some more advanced functional fitness style movements including burpees, dumbbell cleans, dumbbell snatches, devil presses, and other higher intensity movement patterns. While all workouts can be scaled to suit different fitness levels, members should expect a more challenging training style focused on improving work capacity, strength, and overall fitness. The workouts are designed to be simple, efficient, and accessible while still providing a serious training stimulus without the need for cardio equipment or large amounts of space. - Run by Male PT - Harley Curry - WOMEN ONLY!
