This is for the FREE Sunday Yoga we meet at Happy Valley near the cricket pitch. The session will be followed by a coffee and chat for anyone interested. Coffee will be at Salti Reads.

About the event
This session will be performed on the beach this weekend, I also suggest you bring a towel because we will be on the sand.
It is super important that if you intend on participating in the Yoga that you hit on attending and not just send me a message or show up. This is to ensure I have clarification on numbers to let the local cafe know and I can book a table if needed.
Feel free to shoot me a msg if you only wish to come to the coffee.
