About the event
Hello Ladies,
It's that time of year already 😯
This year we are going to get together at Fraser Park in Golden Beach on Sunday the 14th at 7:30am.
Bring your own snacks if you like and a picnic blanket (or a yoga mat).
We are just going to relax after our Sunday Yoga session and have a chat with some like minded people.
You do not need to attend the yoga in order to join this event, for those of you who have other things to do in the morning or like a little sleep in, you can come and join us anytime you like as we will be there until 10:30am.
