Service Description
This class program has been designed specifically as a slower paced class to improve strength, balance, co-ordination and posture for Women over 50 within the Sunshine Coast community. We will focus on a variety of exercises, none of which will require you to go down to the floor or get on mats. We will utilise cable machines, dumbbells and resistance bands along with your own body weight to achieve an improved quality of life and help you take control of your body and move pain free again. - Run by Female PT - Eve Moon - WOMEN ONLY! Class Access - Train to be STRONGER and improve your BALANCE! - No bubs, unfortunately our facility does not cater for the little ones - Bookings MUST be made 12hrs prior
