Service Description
This is for the FREE Sunday Yoga located at Happy Valley near the cricket pitch. The session will be followed by a coffee and chat for anyone interested. Coffee will usually be at a local cafe. It is super important that if you intend on participating in the Yoga that you hit on attending and not just send me a message. This is to ensure I have clarification on numbers to let the local cafe know and I can book a table if needed. Feel free to shoot me a msg if you only wish to come to the coffee.

Cancellation Policy
Please ensure that if you are not able to attend the session, you remove yourself from it. This ensures that anyone who may be on the wait list can then be bumped in to the session. If you hit attend for a session but do not show up and haven't removed yourself multiple times, you will be removed from the group.
