Each 12 Week Challenge cycle is a 12 week lock in period. If you are interested in participating however do not wish to stick with $50.00 weekly debits please follow the contact form to let me know and I can get in touch with alternative payment options such as monthly or in full.
At week 6, if you are a participating member, you will have the opportunity to bring a friend with you for the ENTIRE week providing you provide their contact details for insurance purposes. A this stage, your friend will have the opportunity to join the challenge for the final 6 weeks.
There is ZERO cardio planned for the workouts however some very light cardio may be used as warm up for the sessions.
Every session will be based on working strength training for your ENTIRE body.
